1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested by pk1111.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy. pk1111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk1111 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pk1111 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. pk1111 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

pk1111 staff will never request your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from pk1111 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pk1111 support immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pk1111 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit identity verification documents, including a government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

3.5 Account Suspension and Termination

pk1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud or collusion; breach of these Terms; failure to complete KYC verification; suspected underage gambling; or any activity that pk1111 reasonably believes may be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Players may fund their pk1111 accounts using the payment methods available on the platform. Accepted payment methods for Philippine players include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted where available.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on pk1111 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a player's payment account is denominated in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. pk1111 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk1111 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal limits. pk1111's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pk1111 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pk1111's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
